This baking mixture makes it extremely easy to prepare a wholesome and tasty alternative for a traditional bread snack.
Moreover, this baking mix is also suitable as an alternative for the preparation of pastries and sauces.
More and more people suffer with allergies and/or sensitivity to gluten, lactose or soy. At the moment, these three substances appear to be the most allergenic of all our nutrients. Very often, hypersensitivity and/or allergies not only lead to functional bowel problems, such as abdominal
cramps, constipation, diarrhoea or flatulence, they also lead to chronic problems that impinge on the quality of life, such as fatigue, skin rashes, headaches and joint pains.
 
With the energy bread-baking mix, it is possible to bake bread in a very simple manner (no need for a breadmaking equipment, a simple oven is sufficient) that offers a wholesome and tasty alternative to traditional bread.
This baking mix can also be used for making waffles, pancakes and, indeed, most pastries, in fact. What’s more, it can even be used for thickening sauces, stews and puddings.

Instructions for use
Mix the baking mix, the yeast and the cold water with a whisk or beat with a mixer. Mix at minimum speed for 1 minute. Then mix for 5 minutes on the maximum speed. You now get a free running dough. Oil in the baking pan and pour the dough in it. Cover with a towel and leave for +/-60 min at room temperature rise until the dough is raised up to the edge. Bake in a preheated oven for 35 min at 240 ° c (this mixture is not suitable for preparations in bread machines).
